Four plus years with only two fouled plugs, both my fault and no engine damage on the Maxima 927.. I love the protection and I love the smell.. I linked a thread with pics for ya so you can see a heavily used motor on 927..

I don't know what oil the PO of my KDX used, but I know it didn't smell like castor when I test rode the bike. Is it ok to switch to castor 927 and
